The Iron Age

The Golden age had people that had no troubles or worries and lived like gods. During the Silver age men antagonized the gods and then lost blessing for doing such things. They lost blessings and treasures that once belonged to their ancestors. During the Bronze age the people were fierce and war like. They were thought to have had superhuman strength and powers. In the end they all had destroyed each other.

During the Heroic age they believed in the great heroes of the Mycenae and Troy lived and had great adventure. Some of the heroes that they mention are also brought up in the books The Iliad and The Odyssey. Some of the people are Achilles, Hector, Odysseus, and Agamemnon. The Iron age is one of the least happy times for them. The started to live a more similar lifestyle to the one we live today. There is evidence that butchery may have been used during then.

Golden age: women and men looked like gods (lived in harmony).
Silver age: men antagonized the gods so the gods took their blessings and treasures away.
Bronze Age: fierce warlike people roamed around destroying each other.
Heroic age: many great warriors included in the Iliad and the Odyssey lived during this time.
Iron Age: people of the 8th century B.C. thought that they were living in a period of decline. Was considered the unhappy period.
The Iliad and the odyssey read frequently.

The Iron Age

The golden age was pretty much the best. Everyone lived like gods and they were very happy about it. In the silver age the men got a little to conceded and started to disrespect the gods and the gods showed no mercy. They took away all that they had given to them and some they hadn't. During the Bronze age everyone was considered superhuman with superhuman strength. They each wanted what wasn't theirs and in the end they ended up killing one another. During the heroic age is when Hector, Achilles, Agamemnon, and Odysseus started to show their physical strength. And finally the Iron age. It was a time of depression and no one was very happy with anything. They had diets and fashion trends. Economy was based on agriculture.

The people in the Golden Age lived like Gods. They lived with no troubles & without any cares. People in the silver age didnt cherish their gods. They were punished for antagonizing them

During the bronze Age there were warlike people who roamed the earth. They destroyed eacother & they were very strong people.

The Iron Age

The Golden age was probably the best handled age, since everyone was treated with royalty and everyone was like a god or goddess. They really had no worries, besides caring for themselves. They had no troubles or cares. The Silver age was completely different. Men antagonized the gods! So in result of that, the gods took away their blessings and family treasures. I guess you could say that they deserved it.

The Bronze age I think was really into war. Because from what we learned that fierce, warlike people ruled, so that's where I got the idea of war. They also thought they had superhuman strength but they all just ended up killing each other in the end. In the Heroic age was when great hereos of Mycenae and Troy ruled. People like Hector, Achilles, Odysseus, and Agamemnon.

I think the Iron age was all about modernization. Even though it was a poor age, people followed fashions and the children were taught the Iliad and the Odyssey. They developed their homes to look like cones, and the source of their economy was agriculture. Archeologists found evidence that they had dogs and that they butchered pigs, sheep, etc.

Among the ages, the golden was without a doubt the most appealing. During the golden age humans lived like gods, with no worries. They were living the life! It was all about happiness and sugar on the top.Unfortunately the Silver Age lost those blessings for annoying the gods.

Then came the Bronze Age. They loved to fight and kill. They loved it so much, they ended up killing each other and they all died out. The heroic age was the age of heroes. The age of Achilles. *Sigh.. Then came the Iron Age. The one the greeks thought they were living in. This is the least happiest. It was all decline and downhill from there. It's a lot like today. But hopefully it won't be as bleak.

(Sorry the first entry didn't separate the paragraphs)

OK! In the Gold age, the men and women lived like the gods did. Super lush! That's right! They had no troubles or even cares. It was like a perfect world. In the Silver Age the men antagonized the gods, so they had like a lot of their blessings and treasures taken away. They didn't have as many privelges as their ancestors did after this.

In the Bronze Age, there were a lot of fierec war-like people who inhabited the earth. The people had like superhuman strength but in the end they all destroyed each otheer so obviously it didn't quite work out. The people, once again, were recreated with less privelges from their ancestors. In the Heroic Age, Great heroes came about like Achilles and so on and so forth.

Last but not least in the Iron age, It was the least happy time of all. There was a lot of Agony during this time period. Agriculture was their main thing i guess for the economy. They had cone-shped homes- Their culture was a lot like ours and They ate livestock. In conclusion, It seems as though everytime the ages i guees you would say went down, they seem to lose lots of great characteristics and it honestly seems as though that happens today in our society and sometimes even the other way around!

The golden age was most definatly living the good life i mean who doesn't like being treated like a god or goddess thats like great living. The silver age, now you know those annoying people you just want to tell to be quiet or just to leave you alone well during this age the gods got so annoyed by the people that they took away their blessing i mean thats got to suck major time!

During the Bronze age was full of war blood and just plain lots of fighting. now personally i wouldn't like to live during this age. And they loved to fight so much that they ended up killing each other. Ha imagine that..... anyways. The Heroic age was to be believed to be the myceanae time with achilles agamemnon odyeseus and menelaos. And the last but not least age was the iron age this age is much like today's being they were into fashion and they did lots of farming.

The first of the ages was the Golden Age. This age was perfect, no one had any problems or worries. The next age was the Silver Age. In this age the Gods took away some of the men's blessings, so things were no longer perfect.

After the Silver Age, there was the Bronze Age. In this age there were warlike people, that had superhuman strength, but destroyed each other in the end. Next was the Heroic Age, where great heros like Achilles and Odysseus and Hector lived and had adventures. Next, the Iron Age, the unhappiest age, came. people lived in cone-shaped houses, and tried to improve their lives. They tried to eat healthy, make their homes, and followed trends. They ate food like cattle, sheep, and pig. Their economy was mostly based off of agriculture.

The First was golden: like the garden of Eden, People Lived here without any worries.
Second There was Silver: Weaker men who angered the gods and lost their privledges.
Next was Bronze where everyone was a superman, but they all killed each other.
Heroic happened next: the age of Achilles and Every other heroic person in the Iliad and Odyssey
Last was Iron: ALot like today but different in the fact that they had no technology.

The Golden Age was more of a trouble free time. Men and woman pretty much lived as gods.

The Silver Age was the time where man began to antagonize the gods and so the gods revoked their blessings and treasures.

The Bronze age was where people were very fierce and warlike. As of this point man had super human like powers, but in the end they had all killed one another and their powers were lost.

The ages begin with te golden age, a time of prosperity when people were like gods. In the silver age the people lost some of the blessings of their forefathers because they disturbed the gods. the people of the bronze age were very tough and warlike.
The people of the heroic age (this was supposed to include the events of the trojan war) were strong, heroic, and prone to adventuring. The people of the Iron age had the worst lives. they had to work for everything and their lives wee hard.

During the Golden Age the mortals lived like the gods and goddesses. They lived without chaos or inconveniences until the Silver Age. During this age many of the humans annoyed and disrespected the gods causing them to lose many of the benefits they had had access to.
Along came the Bronze Age; an age of bloody battles and rampages. During this age a fierce, warlike people traveled the earth killing and destroying each other. The Heroic Age came next in which Hector, Achilles, Odysseus and Agamemnon lived. This Age was portrayed in Homers' the Iliad and the Odyssey. Finally there came the Iron Age. This took place during the 8th century and it seemed to be a period of decline.

The Iron Age

There are five ages: The Golden age, the the silver age, the Bronze age, the Heroic age, and the Iron age. During the Golden age, the people lived like gods and goddesses. The gods were respected by the humans and the humans lived without any troubles during that time.
The people of the Silver age irritated the gods and the gods no longer treated them as though they were gods and goddesses. The Bronze age was a time where there was a lot of wars. The people were very strong and they were even thought of as superhuman. The Heroic age was the age of the trojans and achaeans. People like Hector from The Iliad were alive during this time. The final era is the Iron age. This was the worst age to be a part of because the people of this time didnt have heroic charecteristics like the people of all of the other ages. You can see that as you go through the different eras it gets worse and worse.
Kelly Drelles

The Golden Age was the prime time of all the ages. Accroding to what the people believed, this time was when the people lived like gods without a care in the world. What came next was the Siver Age, in which a weaker generation of men started to annoy the gods, and in return they lost the treasures and blessings that once belonged to their ancestors.

The Bronze Age was filled with fierce warlike people that had superhuman strength and then ended up killing each each other. Next came the Heroic Age of the Mycenaean and Trojan heroes. Cahracters that relate to to this time can be found in the Iliad and the Odyssey (Achilles, Agamemenon, Hector, etc.) After this came the Iron Age, the period of decline as the Greeks decribed it. It was considered to be the least happy of all the ages, where people had fewer heroic qualities and suffered from anxieties and pain.

~Fabiola Enriquez

Anónimo dijo...

The Golden Age was considered the best age. It was when all the people lived like gods and goddesses. Then, their children started to get annoying and irritating to the gods and the gods kicked them out of Mt. Olympus during the Silver Age. During the Bronze Age, there was a lot of fighting. The people had strength and powers.

During the Heroic Age, the heroes of Mycenae and Troy were prosperous. Some of these heroes are Achilles, Hector, Agamemnon, Odysseus, Menelaos, and Ajax. The Iron Age is considered the "worst" age. The people lived a lifestyle much like that of modern day Greece. They weren't as in touch with the gods.

By just looking at the words "GOLDEN AGE" you can tell they were rich in some way or another. It was that time of the Greeks when they were loved and cared for. They had everything they needed and they lived like gods. But in most cases great things don't last that long. The Greeks were on a declining state of things. From the golden age, to the silver, from that spore the Bronze age, and quickly came the Heroic age. The Heroic age is portrayed many times, in the Iliad and in the Odyssey. The last and the Worst of these were the Iron age, and this is around the time they had lost a great number of blessings from the gods, as compared to their ancestors.

The Silver age, was when a generation started to slowly go out of the ways of the gods and also started to lose blessings.
the Bronze age, a time when the Greeks roamed the land with great power, superhuman strength.

The Iron Age
The golden age was a time when men and women walk the like gods and goddesses. They had to have been highly connected with the gods. The silver age is when the humans " time of decline begun. They started to disrespect the gods and to get on the gods bad side of the gods. The bronze is said to be the age where men were incredibly strong and most likely the age of war. Still The mortals antagonized the gods in this era also so they were not though of as gods. Even though some had close relations with gods.
In the Heroic Age many "hero" arose and they were though and personified as being incredible. In this era there is lots of the sort of price saves the princess things. this era is based off of the epics that take place in Homers Iliad and Odyssey. Then theres the iron age which was described as the worst of them all. Mortals were just incredibly disrespectful to the gods and they suffered for it.

The Iron Age

In the Golden Age, women and men were said to have lived like gods and goddesses. There is no evidence of this age, we just know that the people of ancient Greece believed that this age existed. The silver age is not as great as the golden age. It is said men were annoying to the gods in this age, and lost many of the privileges that their ancestors enjoyed. Slightly worse than the silver age is the Bronze Age. In this age, there were fierce, warlike people who eventually ended up making their own age decline (they basically destroyed each other). Also in this age, they used bronze as their primary metal for things such as weapons or household items.
The Heroic Age was the age of the Mycenaean and the Trojan heroes, such as Achilles and Hector. The last age, the Iron Age, is said to be to least happy of the five ages. In this age, humans were said to be less godly and more vulnerable than all the other ages.

The Golden age was made up of all people lived like a god with no doubts and let downs. The silver age was a bit less prosperity by antagonizing the gods, losing some of their blessings. After that was the Bronze age, where everybody was very fierce and roamed around with strength such as a superman strength declining with everybody killing each other off.

After came the Heroic age involving some of the heroes mentioned in the Iliad and Odyssey.
Last with the 8th century Iron age was thought to be the less happier of all ages. This time was made of people with hardly any heroic and strong qualities full of pain and decline.

The golden age was one of the best times in Greek history, because "it was believed" that men and women lived like gods and goddesses. The silver age the citizens antagonized the gods therefore they lost their blessing.
The bronze age was is where superhuman like people roamed the earth at this time. This age ended with everyone killing each other. Then other age came which is the heroic age. The heroic age was when all the great warriors were around like, Achilles, Hector, Odysseus, and Agamemnon. these heroes were also mentioned in the Iliad and the Odyssey.

By the name "Golden Age," you could infer that they lived a pretty good life during that time. Well, during this time, people lived without any trouble in their lives. In the Silver Age, people revolted against the gods and lost the blessings that their ancestors had been given.

The Iron Age was a period of decline that the Greeks of the 8th century thought they were living in. It was also believed to be the least happy of all of the five ages. In the Bronze Age, people were very warlike. This period of superheroes, you could call it, ened by all of them destroying each other. Finally, the Heroic Age was an age of heroes, such as Achilles, Hector, and Agamemnon. The Iliad describes this age in detail.

The Golden Age, is just as it sounds: a time of great wealth, men were living like gods. Greece was prosperous. By the time the Silver Age(Notice the decline in the metal's worth) rolled around, men began to lose the blessings from the gods. This was due to the humans angering them.

Around the Bronze Age is when Greece yielded extremely ferocious warriors. Men were crazy strong. Later, in the Heroic Age is when we find legends/people like Achilles. These men were adventurers and lived a very fast paced life. Finally, there is the Iron Age. It should also be called rock bottom. This is supposed to be the hardest and most disliked period of Greece. Their homes became simple and their entire economy relied on agriculture.

well the goldan age came first, it was about/ had to do with every one living like gods and goddesses. then came the silver age when there became a weeker being were they had lost their blessings from the gods. Now the bronze age comes in and that is when people had super human strength, were they roamed the earth and eventually killed each other.

The famous heroic age now is in and it is when there were the trojan and mycenaean heroes such as Achillies, Hector, Diomedes and Agamenmon. Now the iron age period, was the sadest one. but they had/ were making wepons out of iron when there were more soldiers. but in this time they also cut down forest with their iron tools so theat is why greece doesn't have forest.
